Really appreciate the detailed walk thru - just replaced the starter on my 2003 Toyota Camry using the instructions in this video. Saved me the cost of a tow and labor at a shop. 😊

I just did this today and I only had to remove the air box and take one of the battery cables off. It’s a little more cramped that way but you don’t have to take so much apart.

@@cowboy399 yeah, this was a quick and easy replacement compared to other vehicles I’ve replaced, which you have to take the intake manifold off lol

ive been hearing horror stories of replacement starter gears falling off and people having to spend 2 grand pulling the tranny just to get the gear out. have you heard of that happening alot?
