A walk around of my current classic cars and some shots of before and after dry ice blasting on the E9.

Love the channel I was very active in the BMW community in the 70s and early 80s so your choice in cars in like going home for me. I owned a BMW repair shop in Austin, TX back then. I had a friend who owned a ranch outside of Austin and we used to go "drifting" as often as possible on his gravel road. Great fun and between growing up with snow in the Midwest and driving on the gravel, learned a lot! A quick note on the 2002. The tii's had several little differences from the lesser cars. Most importantly, given that you enjoy "using" the car, is make sure that the rear stub axles have been uprated to tii pieces! The standard 2002 stubs will break at the worst moment! I had some friends who totaled their cars a result of using the wrong pieces! I'm looking forward to watching your fun! btw: I had 9 e9s and 6 2000CS's!

Dry ice blasting is great way but now your E9 would need to be protected somehow after small rust areas will be protected against further oxidation. Greetings

Hello! Well it was a little rusty. Numbers matching car. Sunroof which is super rare! I believe it has the original windshield as well. There was rust below the glove box on the side. Otherwise just typical 02 rust areas to watch out for.
