The black thing on the bonnet is almost surely a bug deflector, i.e. something that keeps bugs from hitting the windshield by creating a particular airflow over the bonnet that sweeps the bugs up the vehicle and away, more info here: wwwDOTautoanythingDOTcom/deflectors/how-do-bug-deflectors-work.aspx ; I've seen a lot of Eastern European vehicles with that object on their bonnet, maybe just as a fancy ornament. Also it sounds like MegaRetr called it a "bug guard" @ 8:01.

Pls I have this type of bus n it giving me problem of engine offing while changing of gear,as in if I fire it to 3 before charging the gear it will of but if I fire it below 3 it wi not.pls help me.thks

I think the old Sprinter uses a 2.2 litre engine instead of the newer 2.1 litre. Good video though

Good morning! I'm from Belgium! I'm not sure if it exist in other countries so let me explain: To travel with minibus, you call the buscompany, and then they come with a minibus. It are all Mercedes Sprinters here. They pick you up and drop you off at specific busstops. It's like a taxi with busstop. And it doesn't cost more than a normal bus. They only operate in specific areas though so one bus can't take you all over across the country. I'm a busdriver myself.I drive with normal buses and sprinters.
