2002 RAV4 air conditioner dash vents not blowing air solved

This 2002 Toyota RAV4 is blowing very little air out of the upper dash vents. We troubleshoot and fix this issue.

Do you happen to know on this car how to get to the recirculation door actuator right above where the cabin filter is? We have a 2002 that that actuator seems to have died, but looks impossible to get to without disassembling a bunch of stuff. Thanks

You should be able to access it by pulling the fan/filter box. Unless you have really really small hands. I pulled the box in this video: m.kzbin.info/www/bejne/eGeTo2hji8eIea8

@@wrenchwranglers Thank you so much for that link! I couldn't find anything that shows how to get that fan/filter box moved to the point I could get to the actuator. That video is very helpful.
