2003 Volvo XC90 Part 38

This follows on from the ABS sensor ring replacement. Having found a tear in the outer CV boot, the driveshaft has to be removed. There were a couple of other issues which were resolved. Unfortunately changing the sensor ring didn't fix the ABS problem so I also had to replace the front right ABS sensor. I'd ordered some replacement number plate lights but they were the wrong ones. Next, I turned my attention to adjusting the parking brake shoes but this escalated into cleaning and greasing the rear brakes. I also found out that I will need to replace the rear brake pads before too long. The final test drive was a success and the parking brake is better that it ever has been since I bought the XC90 in July 2021.
