shavings in my oil filter so I disassembled the top end and saw that my crank is stiff so I will replace that and I was wondering if I should replace my oil pump too it’s a 2007 yfz450 and it has that oil squirt thing and I don’t know why the crank went please reply

If the pump looks ok and moves freely id say its ok but if you want to be sure than you can replace it.

What size shims for the buckets do you need ?

Not sure. I send all my heads to bnr so he services them and takes care of the shimming as well.

@@ononewheel7 it happens man but idk yet Still have to take it apart. I put it in gear and pushed it a tiny bit to see if the piston was locked it wasn’t but my oil has antifreeze in it I believe what does that mean I’m not the best mechanic lol

Depending on parts used id say 2500-3000. His top end with parts and labor was 1000.00
