Glad I saw this before buying a pump assembly or the sender itself. I have the cluster right after this one but same thing.

The fuel gauge can be fixed by replacing the whole entire fuel pump assembly. I've replaced mine and upon removal of the fuel pump assembly where the fuel sender is located the circuit board was burnt and shorted. Once replaced the gas gauge is perfectly working. Cost about 69 dollars for the fuel pump assembly. Please note that the gas tank will need to be dropped to gain access to the fuel pump.

We're not sure what the percent split is between the cluster being the issue vs the fuel pump assembly. Thanks for the tip!

You can access Armada’s fuel pump from driver’s side 2nd row seat. Under the seat if you cut the carpet you’ll have access to the fuel pump.

Hey bro , I’ve got a 15 Lexus is250 F sport package… so my cluster the moving silver ring is stuck to the right, I can hear the motor when I press the button but it won’t slide back to the middle, do you have any suggestions for that? Could be the cluster, could be the fueling system. Would need to diagnose it and eliminate the options

I’m having the same problem but on mine keeps getting stuck on a 1/4 & I changed the cluster & it still keeps getting stuck on it

I have the same problem stuck at 1/4 tank. Did you ever figure it out?

Change the fuel pump assembly and problem solved. The circuit board on the fuel sender is shorted

Mine does not drop below 1/4 tank as well. I have replaced the fuel pump assembly with no change
