You don't have to remove the crankshaft pulley. You only have to loosen the bolts a little to remove that bottom water pump bolt. You can reach the bolt to loosen or tighten from the left side, or the right if you remove the tensioner.

@@reginaldbowls7180 it's a lot less work and you don't have to try to find the bolt-holes again. You loosen the pulley and remove the bolt, and when you're done you just typed everything backup much easier.

hey how did u remove the ac belt cuz u only say u are gonna crank it but you dont show anything else you only show after u have already remove the pully

that was a hard part i couldnt record it i was using my iphone 5 and its sucks, i did place a small peace of plastic under the ac belt and i cranking it untill the ac belt rolled off from the ac pulley, after i used a T45 socket for the Big pulley to remove it but its hard, you not gonna see what you doing, you have to keep try until you take all the 8 bolts, and than take out the big pulley and after you will have access to all the bolts on the water pump, but there is other people that did the same job on the 745 and its a same process, there is a nice video what i was watching before i did the my water pump just type this BMW E65 E66 How To Replace Your Water Pump its a Same process like the 745 or the 545 645

Hi, after you remove the belts and 8 torx bolts from the ac pulley how do u get the pulley off the car? mine seems stuck

just gently hit it and it will fall off
