I had every problem on my 04 Hemi, that you have on yours. First, hold down trip reset button while you turn key to position before it starts… hold it and it’ll reset the instrument cluster. You can do that multiple times/any time. After that, check fuses, replace abs speed sensor, test battery, check alternator, check throttle body, PCR valve, EGR valve - I replaced, cleaned, or serviced all of these and most of my lights went off. All I have now is the dreaded air bag light now…I think that’s a fuse or clock spring. Also, if you have brown lights in ac controller, glove box light, etc., it’ll make the truck think there’s an open circuit somewhere. My OBD II scanner said I had 3 systems failing. I replaced the lights in AC controller and it says those systems are ok now. Weird. Keep at it, you’ll get it…

I’m actually on the same page. I changed the break reservoir thinking it was the sensor but it wasn’t. Checked the fuse nothing checked under seat to make sure the airbag connection was on and tight but nothing changed rear differential abs and nothing. So I go to autozone and they search the computer and it said 2wheel abs or 4 wheel abs, I never saw the abs wire on the front wheel bearing but I don’t see the connection for abs wire. I have been trying to fix it for the past 2 weeks and nothing.

02-05 Dodge Ram 1500 are know for instrument cluster circuit board problems (cracked solder joint) that can cause erratic gauge behavior. I found some helpful videos on you tube that helped me diagnose a similar problem.
