For anyone doing the swap, here's some helpful info. A 2500 hemi has the same frame mounts as a cummins. My 2500 is a 2005, I put a 93 be pump 12v with a 47rh automatic. And a np271 transfer case.

im in the EXACT same boat!! 03 ram, exact same truck just auto. ANEMIC!! new rings/bearings/timing at 100k miles, new torque converter. everything works fantastic but I can tow better on a bicycle. Did i say ANEMIC? and yes - spot on, no CEL and 8mpg!!! im over it- cummins here i come! thanks for the vid bro! bummer about the temps man!
