I was one of the people that disliked this car when it came out because it looked so stale and old-fashioned compared to the other full-size Euro sedans. But nearly 20 years later, now that we know how awful the other 2000s Euro sedans were, this car is now a lot more appealing compared to the E65 7 Series or the W220 S-Class.

It was the very last real Jaguar xj. So beautiful inside and outside. Indians messed up everything with the new designs and cheaper interiors

Jaguar went mainstream, with making this X350, it's predecessor, the X300/X308, was 13CM lower. Any racecar fan knows, a car being lower improves handling. But Jaguar decided to focus their luxury Sedan's, on people, who have more affection towards comfort. Although the X350, was 150Kg lighter, it still did not offer the ride comfort, of the way lower X300/X308.
