2004 Triumph Sprint RS Conversion to 2006 Hayabusa Inverted Forks

I swapped the factory forks from my 2004 Triumph Sprint RS, replacing them with forks from a 2006 Suzuki Hayabusa.

A good walkthrough of the triumph fork conversation..I haven't bother cos I got great ktech springs and you can get andreani cartridges....good video

Hi! I've been reding DEcosse thread this morning and i find your video this afternoon. Small world ^^ If i understoofd well you used both T parts from the hayabusa. What did you do about the handles? I saw a TLS fork complete with the 2 T parts, and ABM kit for street bar conversion and i'm thinking about doing the mod too. What did you think about the feeling while riding? Did it improve anything?

Great video! Just wondering for the brake caliper, is there additional spacer needed other than the wheel axle?
