Nice moter comes with a lockable glovebox which seems to be a thing of the past now 👍👏👌

Make sure the hex shaft upgrade has been done with that mileage. Great cars

Yes they are a very nice car , what is the hex shaft Louis as I am not familliar with these cars.

@@ShaunMurray63 it’s a hollow hex shaft key that drives the oil pump and is designed to fail, taking the turbo and engine out in one go. google tdi hex upgrade you’ll see plenty of posts. Kmb do the best ones, The revised version is solid and longer so won’t fail.

There’s a cover missing from that scuttle, also watch those rubber bungs in the scuttle tray, they block and water goes under the carpets frying your modules. Take the bungs out toss em in bin. One under battery one under brake servo.

I've got an old MK4 Golf with the 1.9TDI (PD130), I've put 50k on it in 3 years, only had a seized brake caliper, brake switch (£13 for genuine VW part). Service it myself and can get all the bits for £55. If you can get on with your local TPS you can get all the genuine parts for VAG stuff for not much at all, but ever since COVID started they've gotten a bit funny about dealing with members of the public. Hope the Audi serves you well, just don't start driving like an Audi driver ;) I myself am now up to 3 cars, 2004 Golf Estate (main everyday car), 1999 Toyota Previa and now my most recent 1994 Volvo 960 with the 3.0l 24v 6cyl engine.

@@ShaunMurray63 I'll let you have some, it keeps the dirt off too apparently, I've not washed mine since I got it due to illness, but you only need 4mil per 500ml6of water, and most Jaguar dealers use it, so I'm expecting greatness
