I had the ultimate Harley café racer. A '77 XLCR. Nice pipes. Thank you for showing them to us, Gary. Stay safe and stay warm

Someone: Hey it’s Gary ! Reply: I don’t see Gary? Someone: Me neither but I can hear a giant buzzsaw and my teeth are rattling so he must be getting close :) Always a good day to customize your ride a little, especially in the fall when folks are spending more time indoors and won’t see who drove by. Glad to see you again. May your journeys be adventures and your havens safe

Oh my friend, you may be a bit more right than you think but it is a bit better than a buzzsaw lol. Hope all is well, and when I get sorted with winter stuff and some other stuff on this end I will be getting back to regular I hope. All the best, have a great weekend!

@@ConnecticutBackcountry Enjoy the weekend ! In an inspired moment after watching your video I decided that I still cannot afford a motorcycle at this moment and living in an urban area (pass through town) they might not be as much fun in all that traffic. I do however, have a bunch of tools so I removed the muffler and shocks from my pickup truck. Sounds great and I get to lean into the turns.

Hi David and thank you, I agree. I put the Roland Sands Rear sets on last weekend. I don’t know if you’ve seen them but they are fantastic and very well made. To work with these pipes I had to adjust the passenger side by adding a bracket that rotated the lower Mount bolt hole by 3/4”. All the parts came in today to finish up the replacement line today so I hopefully get to get it out and try them this weekend. Now just the turf side seat and cutting the struts.
