2005 Volvo S60R complete electrical and power shut down (updates will be dated in description)

This only happens so far with the radio on full blast. Everything is working before and after the problem. I've contacted xemodex as I'm leaning towards C.E.M., so after testing later today I'll post updates as to the problem and fix. I've scanned it with my Modis Ultra and every module works and can be accessed. Only code is miscommunication between ABS module.
04-11-18 radio unplugged everything worked for a few days and then went to close my sunroof to have the same problem resurface. So far all test passed for low/high speed side of CEM. All lights turn on by themselves without a key and all flicker, then complete loss of everything except parking lights and no start either unless I disconnect negative on battery and redo it.

There are 4 decent sized power wires with connectors on the driver's side behind the cover. Mine got corroded and barely made contact, when I applied a pulling pressure one came completely out without much effort.
I ended up cutting and soldering them together and been problem free since. Make sure to use good shrink wrap tape followed by good electrical tape and if that's your problem you'll be good to go.

Hmm, this is kind of weird, you could check the big Power cables, maybe a connection problem with ground in the back or front. But for me it would make more sense that either the plus cable it self is broken or there is a bad connection on the starter, fuse box or on the alternator plus, because the powercable in the front is looped through them. The Powercable could possible be also broken anywhere through the car. Also you should check the alternator, maybe that thing has a weird problem like making a shortcut on to much poweroutput.

Well thank you for reminding me lol. I found the problem in the back wheel well on left side. It was the 4 power wires and the connectors corroded which caused these problems. I knew I forgot to upload that video haha.

Man i have the same issue and I don't know whats going on, not even the dealer gives me a solution. They said they don't see the issue nor find any codes stored in the car. What did you do to fix it? I would appreciate if you could help me with that

In the back on the driver's side you'll see 4 decent sized power wires with connectors when you take the side cover off. Check those for corrosion and if they pull out under tension. Mine barely made contact inside the connectors.

I will definitely check that asap because the only way to make my car work properly after that happens is disconnecting the battery and I don't want to keep doing that because I know my car's life will end soon if I keep doing that. I will check that out this week and let you know. Thank you 🙏
