I’d look on Amazon! There are several OE looking Apple car play units that are android based that I’d drop in and call it a day. Under $300 and relatively simple. Here’s the one I was considering! amzn.to/3zNwTLl

Hello! My daughter has a Lexus IS250 2006 and her screen is completely black no matter what she does. Do you think all we need to do is replace the digitizer or do you think something else maybe wrong? Thank you so much!

The digitizer will only correct an issue with an unresponsive touchscreen. A black screen is probably another issue altogether
