@@markosa.7464 following this videos guidance, I got the job done. The biggest hurdle was the harmonic balancer bolt (or crankshaft pulley bolt). Never seen anything like it. Unfortunately, in my situation, turns out the block is cracked behind the starter. These particular year models are notorious for being manufactured weakly in that area. I've tried using JB Weld but the crack constantly weeps coolant (even with the radiator drained) causing the epoxy to not cure properly. Can't find a method to fully drain the block. Anyway, still a good video to use for the job.

Decent video, however, you fail to mention that top dead center (TDC) should be on the compression stroke. Many will have the 'tdc' they believe is correct but will be on the exhaust stroke - not the compression stroke. A four-stroke engine will hit TDC twice; once on the compression stroke and then the exhuast stroke. If you are doing this kind of job, you MUST be on the compression stroke or all your putting back together was for nothing. Don't make this mistake everyone!! Pay attention to your rocker arm and valves to insure you are on the compression stroke. There are a multitude of ways of confirming TDC but will be determined on your year, make and model. If your car has a distributor, you will need to make sure the distributor is facing the first cylinder spark plug. If you do not have a distributor, you can put a narrow flat head in the first cylinder spark plug hole and once your valves completely close and the screw driver is all the way pushed to its maximum point, you are at TDC. There are other ways to check TDC so look it up on KZbin - many great videos.
