Very useful video thanks! So I have a 2010 Cobalt and all the relays and fuses are good after testing with your methods. However, the AC shuts off after a few minutes. Also, my transmission is slipping a little which is a separate problem. Do you think that's why it shuts off? Thanks again!

Does it matter what direction the relays go in? Can they be put in upside down and would that make a relay backwards?

My ac was not working, l checked the fuse like u said and 💥💥💥 it was blown. I put another fuse in and it started working. Thanks for this informative video. The only issue l keep running into is the fuse keep blowing and l have no idea why. Any suggestions?

How can you make the clutch in gauge if pressure is to low, by jumping it on so you can add what it needs.

My ac in my cobalt is only blowing cold on the passenger side vent the other vents are blowing ambient temperature. I checked the actuators they are functioning fine. Any clues would be appreciated.

I have a 2006 Chevy Cobalt where is the blower motor relay on the 2006 Chevy Cobalt resistor is new fan is not blowing but fan will not come on there's no power from the resistor will not turn on

AC works on the high 4 setting, and so I keep on buying resistors and they keep on failing. Any ideas? I put new blower motors in as well. I have had the resistor just hanging down on its wiring harness in the passenger side and did not put up into the car so maybe the resistor is not getting any air flow passing over it and so it is overheating. I am not aware of any air holes or if the blower motor shares a vent tube with the resistor housing? Other than that I think I read long ago that the wiring harness might need to be replaced. Good video appreciate it.

You are correct, the resistor needs air flow to cool it down or else it will overheat and fail.

What do u think I should do? Air comes out the vents but it's not cold

You might have to recharge your ac , if it’s just heat being blown .

I noticed the ac on mine works at 4 it was making loud noise I changed blow motor now it doesn’t make a sound but when I turn ac to 1 2 or 3 i don’t feel nothing blowing as it does when it’s on 4 what could it be

Tested it with the wire and the clutch worked so does that mean my relay is bad
