Bought an 06 RT 5.7 HEMI from my brother and it still had stock everything. I want to get that satisfying growl/throaty rumble out of her. Was thinking about starting with a res delete because I don't want it to be loud to the point where I piss off all my neighbors 😂. Is a muffler delete gonna be louder than a res delete?

Daytona rt muffler resonator delete what about back pressure affects performance will it cause engine to not last as long or does it cause fuel and oil consumption no back pressure just sound. Will it cause ur engine to blow. What's the tube

Welp... I have gone through an engine hahah but it wasn't due to the exhaust, faulty valve seat, you might not lose back pressure if you keep your pipes diameter the same or go to 2.5" if you go 3" thats to big for stock and you'll lose back pressure, but I didn't lose a noticeable amount if any

I decided to keep original mufflers and resenator.I just replaced engine brand new intake starter water pump themstst plugs coils new tires tinted windows and cold airintake next my series is 2200 comes with DVD also.

Yes, correct only the catals were left on everything else and was replaced with 2.5" pipes, plus ram air intake

@Jordan Salchert to be honest, depends on your neighbors. Most of my neighbors are into cars, so it wasn't an issue, but I'm sure I've pissed off a couple of neighbors before it will make car alarms go off

To be honest don't get a 2006-07 any model after that shouldn't give you much trouble

Definitely, if anything replace the pipes with 2.5" from the xpipe back to your tips and get 4.5" outlet tips you'll love it

How bad is the drone after deleting the muffler and the resonators. I had an 09 Dodge charger with a 5.7 liter hemi and I did a resonator delete and I just got another 09 Dodge charger with a 5.7 liter hemi and wondering how much of a difference it makes to delete the muffler and resonator. I don't like too much drones so wondering how bad it is. Thanks

Honestly there was more drone when I had my older set up, but honestly if I were you I would go with Flowmaster Outlaws as your mids and delete the resonators

Well all depends on what tips you get and where you go get them done, I bought my tips for $60 plus the removal of the resonators and the muffler and welding on the tips $120 so like $180 total

That's good if you didn't lose any performance because I did a suitcase delete on my 2008 RT and noticed decrease torque levels. I guess every hemi is different.

All depends on the shop you take it to paid $120 to get everything removed and welded on, plus I had bought my tips prior to going in which were like $45

@@collinsmith8244 you shouldn't have a check engine ight because of the delete, unless you did anything with the cats, if so check your O2 Sensors, or have someone check what the Error Code for the check engine light is
