2006 Ford F-150 no crank no start -FIXED!

after watching about a dozen other videos and checking all the fuses and swapping relays with others of the same type , checking the connections on the starter and everywhere i could find any type of connection and getting nothing when turning the key . about 4 hours lol , i watched your video about the broke ground wire on the firewall, and I'll be damned if it wasn't broke or chewed in half !!!! spliced it back together and she started right up !!!!! thank you for saving me a shit load of more wasted time , wish i would've seen your video first 🤣😂👍🏻👍🏻

yeah, is the main computer ground,, so no computer no communication = no crank no start..

@@nealkephart1351 Yeah not only that, if it would come undone somehow it will kill the engine while running,,crazy a little wire would totally strand you,,.

Same story, a whole lot of troubleshooting and replacing components. Watched your video and wire was chewed through. Fixed and fired up like a champ!! Thanks so much for the video!!!!!!!!!

Imma have to check that wire I do mobile mechanic work same issue with a customer truck all lights come on no crank hooked up scanner wouldn't connect said voltage low fixed the ground by fuse box rusted out but not the 1 under the hood

Congratulation,wish my 1998 Ford Expedition 4.6L V8,crank with no start can be simple as your,the night before it happened I came home and parked my truck uphill,when I tried to started in the morning,it just cranked with the abs,oil,and battery lights on with no RPM,and no started,anybody have some idea?thanks,and I checked all the fuses and relays,let my daughter turned the key to on,and I listened to the fuelpump,and it had the working sound,I think it might be the fuel pressure,or one of the sensors.

Thanks! like i said got lucky! have you check the Inertia Switch to see if it turned off maybe due to the up hill parking? some get real sensitive in those situations,,

Still could've been your starter if it wasn't that

sorry i doubt it, when is the starter or solenoid you are still able to scan the computer,, so i ruled them out,, i hope you get what i'm saying,, thanks for the like and subscription,, i hope,, i'm out,,..
