My horn got stuck on and I had to remove fuse 12 for it to turn off while im driving. So I guess I cant get the brake light back until I replace the clockspring in it thanks

Take the horn relay and leave the Fuse for the brake light switch

On mine in the number 12 slot there was a 15. Does that matter
