Like how you went to the trouble to pull on the q panel and beat on it a little bit to run up the price of labor then replace it with a new one ,,nice insurance scam!

Even when replacing the quarter, you still need to pull on it because the structure behind it is bent

Yes Marcus is right, you pull the old quarter as well as possible to straighten everything that quarter is attached to that you are not replacing.
