2006 rx400h gurgling, clicking noise under dash.

climate control servo motor, sensor, ventilation door failure. blend door actuator. air mix servo motor.

My 08 GX470 makes this exact sound. Did you ever get a chance to isolate the exact issue?

Yes. Its the ac regulator servo motor on the blend door actuator, under dash on driverside. Almost impossible to work on unless you remove vent blowing at feet and kick panel. I could not get the plastic cam plate realigned properly. There are 3 pins that ride on cam plate which is articulated by servo motor. Pita. This actuator controlls climate direction. Ie def, face, feet etc. Cleaned motor n contacts reinstalled n fixed issue but could get all the pins lined up.

Do You fix this ? I found on my Rx where is the issue but I have problem to remove one screw ... I have UK version.
