Hey Kyle, I'm looking to purchase this exact model from someone in NZ, 210k on the meter and the cambelt has just been changed, car looks in exceptional nick but are there any problems I should look out for at this kind of milage? Cheers

Just general servicing really. if you aren't able to view the car and the seller is happy to do so it would be worth asking for a compression and leak down test. This will give you a great insight into the engines health. Also ask for some underbody photos and engine bay photos to check for rust and accident repair.

Hey Kyle, what sort of power and torque figures do these Cross Sports make? And how quick are they? Are they similar to the Aussie Forester XT of the same period?

Hey Daniel, for comparison these make roughly 4-6kw less than the Australian XT's, however they have a smaller, more responsive turbo which compensates for the smaller capacity. They would be about on par with a similar Australian XT Forester in terms of performance, however the Cross Sports have a more performance orientated suspension setup with alloy control arms front and rear as well as lower suspension.
