I also remove mine like this after watching this video; but they wouldn’t come out this easily. I hated them up with my mapp torch, maybe like 30-60 seconds each, just until it started smoking good basically, and with a couple hit of the socket they came out. Local shop wanted to charge me $125 /hour for this job. They quoted me 4 hours. 😂😂😂😂 ooooookay buddy, …. I just did it myself. Thanks for the tip! 👍🏾

Yeah man I discovered the bushings when I remove the subframe to pull the cvt. I am using dorman bushings.

A quality wrench with a barker bar will also do the job. Take your time on this, it will be done

I Use Harbor Freight 1inch 50mm socket for the large bushing and 46mm for the smaller bushing and a 25 lb sledge

How long does it take to do that

People say 4hrs, but I would leave a whole Saturday in case you need to take trips to the auto part store for tools and if you need to stop you always have Sunday to finish. I did it in 2 days because I took a day, to take a part, and 1 to put back together. it didn’t seem like a big deal. After you change these bushings the car drives like new again 100% . You go from it sounding junky to new after you’re done.

the polyurethane is the way to go no need to press out bushings
