Nicely edited video, for me a gentler music during the 'walk around' phase would have felt more natural. But like I said that's me.

I hear ya. Thanks, though! I often go for more mellow music but tend to go with something a little more aggressive with cars like this (exotics, supercars, etc). Appreciate the feedback.

Do you really need to let go of the accelerator completely like that? I know its for clutch longevity, but will it just fall apart or what? It feels really slow doing that, cuz it shifts faster than your foot goes off and on? (0.2s human reaction time)

Unfortunately these earlier dual-clutch transmissions like this shift much quicker if you almost treat it like a traditional manual transmission. If you just pin the throttle and click the shifter it's much more reminiscent of manually shifting an automatic transmission. With newer stuff you can just slam through the gears with full throttle. The gearboxes in stuff like a McLaren 750S is particularly impressive, but there are a lot of great ones now.

@@nadeemp1966 Well I guess the owner’s manual wants you to shift slow. Maybe it’s better for clutch wear or something, though…
