Read Forbes 500 for the list of worlds fastest production cars and you'll see that your clearly incorrect. Additionally, the GT500 will keep up or punish a lot of cars on this list. Team, driver, manufacturer, drama and timing aside.... Morals clauses have been around forever. (eg the Doors for instance). You sign the contract you're bound to it. Public facing members of an organization should have these responsibilities explained to them and reinforce that your name is attached to the organization- even off line. That's what a contract is, you sign it and ypu are bound to it. Social Media is nothing new now and you can't argue ignorance. And common sense would dictate on this day and age, you just don't put yourself at risk. Complain all you want about "Chilling Effects", "cancel culture", " team politics", "NASCAR dictatorship" and stuff like that - you signed the dotted line, now live by it. This isn't a personal liberty issue, it is a legal one because of that contract, period. (Let alone common sense... )

I'll agree with you that a big heavy mustang will probably not outhandle many of these cars, but lets not forget that it costs a fraction of what many of these eurocars do. Furthermore, the only way that many of these cars will beat it is on a twisty highway. Get the Ford on its homeland and i guarantee it will burn the majority of the cars on your list. Do your homework next time.
