Great work! I would definitely use a Denso starter in that beast. Looks like another aftermarket was replaced. Denso usually last 150K miles or more. I didn't remove the alternator but the 30 minutes I spent getting the last motor mount bolt out made me think I should have.

@@think4ward996 I wouldn't be able to tell you without looking it up but il take your word for it. it would make sense since the all wheel drive has a transfer Case to drove the front wheels

Lots of wasted time here. There is no need to remove the alternator. ALLDATA calls for 6.1 hours for this job. I can R&R this starter in 1.5 hours.

@@Davethemechanic305 I’m literally doing it right now. I’d post a pic if I could. If you remove the oil dip stick, motor mount, and exhaust manifold you can slide the starter right out. ALLDATA is wrong on this one.
