I fully agree. What is only important is to have a facelift version, always one of the last model of the generation. Then is perfect

I agree, only model on PH2 or PH3. I have vel satis 2.0 dci 180 bhp from last month 2009 of built this model. Phase 2 - face lifting. Before this megane II 1.5 dci 2007 PH2. No problem with both cars.

Doporučuju, ten motor je super. Na základě této zkušenosti (byla to jedna z posledních Lagun 2. generace) jsem ji před rokem nahradil jednou z posledních Lagun III coupé 3.0 V6 dCi 240, nějaké video taky dodám...

i tink is 7,8 0-100,bmw e46 320d have 150hp and 0-100 is 8,9m,on your description 0-100 8,6 and have 175hp not really

Yes, that’s official, probably due to higher weight than BMW 320d and FWD unlike RWD..

If you have 2.0T 170 HP, then is the same, but if you have GT 205 HP, that’s the fastest - the same as 3.0 V6 dCi which I have now

Why? Start with higher but not too much RPM, shifting around 4000 RPM where’s max power and keeping max. torque all the time… Show us how you make it..

@@svicim how was it not too much rpm you nearly pinged off the redline in first gear, how is that a good start? As for the "max power" argument, it's a load of piss. I literally owned this exact model of Laguna and can tell you from experience there is still plenty of power at 4300-4400rpm unlike most diesels. Why are you being so defensive??

@@jakelamotta2387 OK, in the first gear it’s so quick that I shifted a little bit late but I don’t think it would extend the acceleration anyhow. And then shifting just a little bit over 4000 rpm keeps the best power from my experience. Now I’ve got 3.0 V6 dCi with automatic gearbox and even with this engine it is better acceleration while shifting manualy at 4100 rpm than automaticaly at 4500 rpm.

@@svicim how would it not enhance the acceleration, you literally wasted time😅 as for your argument about the transmission. The majority of older automatics are slower shifters so it has nothing to do with the rpm with the fact its slower. No automatic Renault in my experience has ever been decent apart from the Clio RS and that's modern. I'm telling you from experience that there'd still lots of power past 4000rpm🤷🏽‍♂️

@@jakelamotta2387 I understand and I’m focused to power with reference to rpm only (this automatic Aisin AJ0 os very slow). I just wanted to say that at about 4300 rpm I can really feel some loss of power (especially on 5th gear) and after shifting to 6th gear I can feel higher power (torque) again.. But at the end we’re talking about details with maybe quite similar meaning I would say :-)
