kool toy.... i been buildin offroad toys many many years and would like to suggest you consider a firewall .... and a heat shield between engine an tank in case of fire ..... have fun be safe not wantin make nobody mad theyre both safety concerns

It's not about the cost it's about the build! I've had a lot of fun building that buggy. The cost buggy bought for 900 first motorcycle 800 which got trashed motor lost 2nd gear too expensive to fix. The second motorcycle 900 which is in the buggy now and is awesome new tires 400 and new shocks 1000 and maybe another 500 in miscellaneous nuts bolts hoses hose clamps Etc so probably close to 5,000. And a lot of time and it runs and rides awesome definitely after I put new shocks on it

It is a BMS buggy. Which is identical to the Roketa buggy both China made. I recommend watch Curt 660 Roketa buggy videos on KZbin he's got a lot of good pointers he put a Raptor 660 in the Roketa buggy very nice build

Hey Charlie...I have a similar build going on. I also took some tips from kirt660. I'm curious about the gear box. I'm using the same one. A few guys have had some success with it and others are trying to warn me that it will fail. I hear that the reverse it very weak and will break if you put any torque to it. Please give me your input on this gearbox.

Yeah Scott I also thought gearbox would be a problem. I did take it apart and weld the gears together to make it posi traction which by the way was a pain. I'm not slamming it in reverse and nailing the gas so I can't say anything about reverse but it works. Have put it through many rides now gearbox is holding on. But in my mind I know we took a 30 horsepower motor and swapped it with a hundred plus power motor so play with caution

@@scottbelyeu7382 yes I have seen that one I've watched a lot of videos with street bike motors in Buggies that one has a lot of power probably a 150 horsepower the street bike motor I have in mine only is a 95 horsepower still feels like it has plenty of power to break it if you wanted to

you are the only one who did it the easy and simple way..all others take all out from the bike and try to put one by one..its the hardest and idiotic way..and no reverse is even more easy

What did the gear box come off of

Gear box is the original came with bms 250 buggy.I did take it apart and weld the planetary gear together to make it posi traction and had machine shop make the spline for the sprocket.
