Having trouble figuring out how to get to the bolt on the back side of the power steering pump bracket. The two on the front were easy but the one that’s bolted to the side of the engine is tricky to tell where or how to get to it. Can you describe how to get to it and what kind of bolt it is?

How did you get the hose off? The bolt holding the bracket on the hose is pinned against the frame. Any suggestions?

I routinely vacuum out my OM642 power steering reservoir and put in fresh fluid for preventative maintenance. This doesn't really remove much fluid, how can I drain it more completely? Good video, Thanks!

Full PS capacity - is 1 quart of fluid. Take out lower PS hose from a rack. Turn steering left and right few times. All fluid will be out.

Do you recall what size the nut is on the fan?

Don't know the actual number, but AutoZone fan removal tool fits perfectly.

Hello, thank you for your video. I just bought a 2007 dodge sprinter 3500 passenger van. The mileage is stack on km. I tried to adjust it to mileage by pressing the button on the speedometer area but no difference. What’s the trick to fix that?

Hi! You can’t change the km/miles in speedometer without DAS/Xentry computer

I have a 2011 Sprinter and the steering is smoothe when driving but very hard when the vehicle is stopped and I try to turn. I am guessing my PS pump is bad? I do not know how to test it other than what i have said about hard steering when I try to turn when stopped. Your advice is appreciated. Thank YOU! How much fluid goes in new PS pump?

More likely it is a PS pump. It doesn't provide enough pressure that's why steering is stiff when standing on idle. Check the PS fluid - color, smell, contamination.
