Thank you, it looks like I have a coolant leak I didn’t pressure test it yet, but after watching this video I think it is the thermostat housing because of all of the crud that I see around it. I will test it to see if it is that exactly,But I’m wondering if I still have to replace the water pump

Hello broncocarl it has been one of the best and easy explanation I ever seen I have a 2010 and is leaking from the back of the thermostat housing you think it could joust the bottom hose!,, I enjoy yorvideo thanks a lot

My belt makes a small chirping noise just about when it reaches temp and after about 30 minutes of driving it will go away. My thermostat housing is clearly leaking from almost every seam. the hoses look like they're in decent shape. Hoping when I change the housing this solves the noise. Looks like my water pump has been changed recently its nice and clean looking. I don't plan on doing a full radiator drain just enough so the housing doesn't spill coolant everywhere. Would I fill the radiator or the over flow first? after replacing the thermostat to replace the coolant I drained.

Do you only do videos for Ford? I’ve got a 2008 needing both rear wheel bearings replaced. I’ve bought as much as I’ve done on other rear wheel bearings. This 4x4 Tundra has some odd engineering. Where can I find all the parts for this rear wheel bearing replacement? Also being from Indiana the brake dust shields are rusted and have wholes in them, I don’t want to pay $300 for each shield. Thanks for the help.

Why would you do that without getting the overflow tank and fan shroud out of the way? It's 6 bolts and only takes 2 minutes to give yourself SO much more room.

My father has the same vehicle ... the problem is that the fan starts making heavy whirring sounds when the accelerator is pressed and the car also heats up... please note that the complete A/C system of the car was changed... What could be the problem? Is it the fan clutch or the thermostat?
@Broncocarl926 жыл бұрын
Ibrahim Muhammad if the thermostat doesn't open then you would have overheating and the fan noise.

Who is the manufacturer for the 36mm wrench you're using? I have used a few that were real cheap quality and I am looking to buy a quality wrench for my Fords. Thanks in advance.

It's part of the "diesel service set" for Cummins engines from Snap On tools. It's a Blue-Point SP346. Thanks for watching
