So is the car an HU92 blade. Also how would we verify what freq of key to use??

Looks like the one in the video is an HU101. I’m curious if the AKL procedure is the same for the Rovers with the HU92

No, if key is HU92 then the immo is easy. EWS 3 removed from console, write key using ak90 or equivalent. No eeprom dump/soldering needed.

Thank you for your video. I did follow all steps and the key was written successfully. I did put the BCM back, and the security light still flashing. I scanned and I got a DTC U0167 at the PCM that lost communication with the immobilizer unit. What the heck is going wrong? Any idea please? Thank you

If I dropped the component that was needed to remove where do I buy more of those t1 and resistor and how do I know which to get? There’s so many different 103 and resistors
