it does that to you because the starter wants to get in, because the cramchaft is bad. the starter motor stays stuck. When the vehicle is cold, it turns on, because the copper is not hot. and that's why it turns on

It’s a security problem. If you have this problem and your security light is on blinking it’s because it lost comunication with the key remote. Just push the start button without pressing the brake and leave for about five minutes then turn off and click on lock and unlock on the remote and it should start

You have to replace the crankshaft position sensor , they have to be replaced every 100,000 miles the car won’t start at all if that sensor is bad

I had a similar issue last year, tho it was actually the crankshaft position sensor. Could be the starter but my money is on crankshaft sensor.

A crank sensor is normally cranks but won’t start. This one is no crank no start.
