Right! I’m a pre Rev Monaco fan myself, definitely bias a little. Look out for a 2006 Monaco Executive 45 Temple. Working on the video now, it’s a customer ordered floorplan. One of the most beautiful legacy Monaco’s you’ll see!! We also have a old Prevost Royale coming soon :)

Hard to find a coach with all the options on this one, especially the big engine and tow capacity, the best awning system on the market and modern interior colours. Nice ceiling treatments throughout the coach. Dishwasher. Lots of access in around the generator for service and cleaning. If you’re purchasing on price value alone, you may not end up with this coach. I don’t care for the double door access to the wet bay or the exterior paint colour scheme. But the paint is in really great shape. Great presentation of a beautiful coach.

Hi, nice coach but a little over priced. Could be interested in this Monaco signature 2008,but have to see what my trade would bring me. I have a 2011 fifthwheel and a3500 Dodge Ram douley never winter driven and stored in a heated garage. Both units are in excellent condition,could supply all photos if you request. The fifthwheel is loaded and so is the 2012 ram limited edition truck. Would consider a trade if the price was in my range. Thanks Kenneth Hann Canada

I've driven all the Monaco's and the Signature frame and drive train makes a huge difference 100%. The tag axle is key especially highway driving in the wind. Yet can tow less than a 1 axle unit. Weight added is weight added. Beautiful unit no doubt.

Great informative video..super nice coach.. I know you were joking about the Traction control in the cockpit..drifting..lol the true purpose is for rain and snow conditions...for the folks up north...I have this future on my Cadillac sts...and when there's 3 inch plus of snow on the road it works great..if your vehicle starts to slide or Break traction it corrects itself ...wonderful feature...there you have it...RV...101..lol😊

If this RV was available today you would have yourself a buyer. I’m not kidding I just love it. I’m particularly fond of the Ralph of interior and the sheer quality of the coach. If you can find me something that would compare I will be on the next flight ✈️ out of the United Kingdom. We’re packing up to move back right now. I think we’re heading to New England but we definitely need to buy our coach to travel the country. I just missed an RV Park which was superb. What a beautiful coach, thanks for the review. One of the few reviews of a legacy Monaco that is basically accurate. A bit over the top in love with the Vorad but otherwise a good showing. Yea, the 650 intake valve issue is real and a concern but they don't make them like this today so if negotiated properly, would be a great coach to own if you like the Legacy products (which I do). For me, this video shows a coach that is in ineradicable condition (pictures can lie though I know) and someone looking at a Legacy Monaco already knows what they are looking for and at. The video is showing that buyer what they should want to see about "this" coach. It also shows a bit of technology (but not to much )to aid someone that maybe does not know much about Monaco Signature. In today's market of $300,000 brand new "high end" coaches, the price seems high but again, if you like a clean Legacy product, here it is.

Search it on the web. There are companies that will do that. They are long time in the self driving market. I would still sit firmly in the drivers seat, and use it as one more level of protection. But the point is that you can have this as an aftermarket addition. RV manufacturers will be slow to adapt as it poses a very high legal responsibility upon them.

Was the cylinder head replaced with the latest released part from Cummins? This is per the Cummins TSB to address the dreaded cylinder #6 dropped intake valve issue with the ISX engine.

Equal Opportunity Offender that’s what I figured also. All I can say is anyone that purchases something this old and expensive should have it inspected by a highly recommended pro. It’s buyer beware, there are no warranties. If that #6 intake valve lets go they are looking at at least a $30k+ repair. The shop will have to replace the complete head along with the cylinders and pistons because there is a new designed cylinder liner that has a piston ring gap scraper incorporated. It’s pretty much a complete rebuild. Can you just imagine this happening out on the road far from home? They would be looking at hotel rooms, plane tickets home, plane tickets back. How about all the stuff that would be on board that would need to get shipped back home? Man, the thought of it is just awful.

​@@paulbensen8511 Yes, all of that and more. It’s far worse than just a cylinder head and/or a particular cylinder, valves, etc. That ISX Cummins is complete junk. We have had coach RVs for decades but we’ve also been in the trucking business for decades. At one time, I had seven of these engines down, all at the same time! They are disastrous! The entire mess is attributable to poor quality metal, the porosity of the metal and low grade metal. The service managers won’t say that because they don’t know; the technicians won’t say that because they don’t know. But, the executives within Cummins CERTAINLY do know!! One particular instance involved a problem with a fuel leak; diesel fuel was actually coming through the side of the fuel pump (a block on the side of the fuel pump) like a strainer... fuel coming through the metal like a cheesecloth. It was porous metal... junk metal! That was when we “learned” about Cummins ISX engines. Run, from these engines!! The only answer is a re-power but that’s $50k minimum with labor. And then, of course, they put Toyo tires on this one. 95% of totaled coach RVs are totaled because of blown steer tires. I would love to look at the “Load Range” on the tires that these people had installed. It’s laughable. So, consider a complete re-power, install quality tires, and likely more. In reality, then, what’s this one, and others like it, worth? $100K? Pay $100K for this and put at least $60K into it and when it’s done, it’s a 12-year-old coach. This is why, at a certain point, there is no value left. There’s a fool on every corner. Knowledge is power, people. Be careful, people!! I've lived all of this!!

Pretty much perfect and a beautiful coach until I saw the Passenger side Galley, I will never understand why manufacturers do this. Why would I want all those big beautiful windows down the driver side of the coach to overlook my neighbors campsite, power pole, water and sewer hookups, it just makes zero sense. 12, 000 miles isn't even close to being broke in, the killer for these engines is idle time though, it polishes the cylinder walls and you'll never seat the rings, only fix is a expensive cylinder re- hone

Crazy Canuck it’s not the head gasket that I wound be worried about. It is the number 6 cylinder intake valve that will break and intern ingest into the engine. Do a search on Cummins ISX drooped valve. It’s a $40k ticking time bomb. Whoever purchases this coach better figure on having the head replaced with the latest parts from Cummins. The low mileage coaches are the most likely to have the problem. It has to do with acidity of the soot produced from the EGR system being deposited on the intake valves. The valves rust and are weakened to the point they fail. The updated head has high strength SS valves that are not effected by the acid ladened soot.
