So if my wipers arent working, and im worried i blew a fuse (turned them on when they were frozen to the windshield), would my problem be in the box under the steering wheel, or the box under the hood?

@@shaylamillington711 i ended up finding the fuse box, but the fuse was fine so i took it to the dealer. turned out to be the wiper motor unfortunately. Fortunately wasnt that bad- dont remember exact amount but i believe 100-200 including labor. Probably could be less if you have a private mechanic- im a sucker and just tend to go to dealer cause i just want it fixed and to be done with it.
