Hi, great lecture, I have certain doubts, at 1:13:00, it is assumed that the Line-line inductance in SI units is same (L=Ld=Lq), but however, in IPMSM motor Ld and Lq values are not equal (as mentioned at 1:29:32). How to calculate Ld and Lq value from given Line-Line Inductance given in datasheet?? I wonder if you will reply me here?

It's all good, but nothing like Dave Wilson tutorial from TI about PMSM FOC. I'm a little bit disappointed 'cause I'm bound to use Microchip's uCs for motor controls.

Hi Vedant, thanks for your question. Space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) is commonly implemented by having a microcontroller determine the duty cycles for the switching components of an inverter. For further information on how to implement space vector modulation, see Microchip's AN2520. Always run a simulation before moving on to actual hardware. Hope this is helpful!
