I snapped a bolt when trying to remove the pump. Anyway I can fix it or should I junk the car?

If can be fixed depending how far along the bolt broke along the threads. You’ll need a punch, then use an extractor to remove broken bolt. The only problem is the limited room you have to do this.

I am struggling to get the electric fan out of the bracket. Any tips for that?

There should be two tabs on each side. One next to the red connector on the driver side and one on the passenger side. You have to push down on those tabs at the same time to release the fan and pull up carefully.

@@Fwerks.1592 I got the tabs pushed on both sides but there’s a trans cooler bracket that the fan is stuck on and I cannot for the life of me get it off that bracket

Did the pump fail with a code?

There was no code for the water pump. It was just rattling really bad.
