Wow that bov in the cabin is INSANE. This will be near the top of the list for my *future* GT-R. Nice video.

Pretty sure you don't need a gaskets as the GFB valve as a rubber o ring.. Took my gasket off with them.

About to purchase a gtr with gfb bov. Can you adjust closing / opening while it’s on the car or you must take them off to adjust?

please can you explain how a bov lowers hp?They blow off inbetween gear changes throttle is cut for a split second so once back on throttle any fueling issues like running rich is for a split second and happens inbetween gear changes so how could hp be lost. And the other situation is if you lift off the throttle say 3rd gear valves blows off might run rich split second again your off throttle anyway will not effect hp.The best thing you can do is adjust the tension on the spring. The valve on idle doesn't want to come open by just blipping the throttle lightly. The throttle at idle need a good hard stab and the valve should only open a few millimetres at the most and it needs to close before the idle get back down to the normal tick over.

You may be right, but remember that the BOV may affect air fuel mixture by the computer since it takes readings before the BOV. I know its just a split second, and you would think it would not have an effect. But the fact that many people report idle issues wide open, pretty much red flags me as it has "some sort of effect" on the ratio. All in all, even if it does have a effect, it will probably minimal, not enough to trigger a light.

HiI don't have mine completely open. They look fully open when you look down at the trumpets but there is alittle bit extra I can turn.So mine will recirculate a little more air. I have done a performance test on ECUTEK from 0 to 60mph and 0 to 100mph and the times are the same as the stock recirculation valves.
