When I was a kid and had this blaster, I absolutely loved it. Wasn't the greatest performer but its aesthetic was great, always felt like a badass commando using it. Also the barrel had a weird texture I really liked from what I remember

A kid i was friends with a long time ago gave me mine and i still have it, if i ever learn to properly mod these types of things it would be interesting to try and beef up its fps and use singular belt pieces so it can be some kind of strange shell-ejecting spartan laser thing.

I loved mined so much I began modding it to have a solenoid pusher and a new plunger tube etc. Suffice to say it was a sink of 60 hours before I gave up. I did model some improved belt links though.

True confession: I own a Ripchain. I bought it with my own money, for myself, by choice. And I actually like it. Not that I'd run it in a war, not that it isn't overpriced, but I find it a fun plinker. It's just a shame Nerf didn't follow through with selling belts separately and letting you link them up.

I had one of these and I loved it SIMPLY for the fact it resembled that of a halo spartan lazer... That's it... I ONLY used while roleplaying a halo themed army battle with friends. Other then that... I never used the chain (dogs chewed them all anyway), I never plinked with it... I never even primed the thing. It just sat in the bottom of my nerf toat/bin and collected dust. Also at 6:17 he sounds like how someone would start gagging while sitting on the toilet gassing themselves out but still have to suffer to let the rest out and wipe 🤣 Edit: spelling

I actually recently found this blaster it was at a box full of all other blasters like a stock attachment a barrel attachment for a Recon under-barrel Crossfire that's in very good condition and still works and I found that belt blaster although the priming is actually pretty tough and I can't even get the thing open because all the the screws are rusted and it's dirty I can't even prime the thing

Well I guess you can use the shell to put some sort of air tank in there and single it, or maybe put an afterburner in there, but idk it would probably be not worth the effort.
