Allison Krause is at the forefront of bluegrass and medium Robert has always admired. Makes perfect sense to me and the album is amazing. It deserved the honor.

Miss Krauss won her 22nd THROUGH 26th Grammy that night. She won her 27th the next year, giving her the highest number of ANY female artist and tied with Quincy Jones for the number two spot overall. Now THAT'S recognized talent. You can just call her the GRAMMY QUEEN! At 39 years, I don't think she is finished yet.

I'm a huge Radiohead fan and "In Rainbows" is probably their best album to date, but I'm glad Plant and Krauss got this one. "Raising Sand" is a beautiful album, extremely well produced and full of nostalgia.
