It's a 2 stroke there is a oil tank on motor .. no need to do an oil change just add more when low

Mercury or mercurys off brand quick silver. They sell it at Walmart and many places.

Sounds like you need to adjust your 3 carb idle mixer screws.

I have the same motor running 10 3/8 X 14 on a 16' Crestliner Aluminum boat. 30 mph at 5000 rpm.
