Does using a siphon like that not leave any particles in the sump? Do you use HMMF fluid or regular CVT that meets Honda spec?

Why would you not do the filter at the same time, not doing so makes a fluid exchange a waste of tiime and money, You should also only be using Honda genuine CVT fluid 08200-9006, any other brand will cause eventual failure of this transmisiion.
