I'm hoping that the elimination of the Restrictor Plate, with the addition of the Tapered Spacer, plus the high downforce package in 2019, will bring this style of Super Speedway racing again. This was my favorite type of plate racing.. mix of Tandem and Pack racing and you can pass without much difficulty. Now its just a jammed up pack with the leader blocking both lanes.. lucky to get 25-30 lead changes after 188 laps with maybe 14 cars left at the finish

What a way to piss the drivers and fans off. They say the race is official when they take the white flag and then change their minds and say its half way round the first corner. Why not just call the results from where they were at the line?
