Some people complain about the length of the video but i found it helpful, as it helped validate my thoughts on the issue as it happened tonight. All of the process of elimination, logic, and critical thinking was the same as my guesses and helped me ensure i was on the correct path before i started ordering things and making arrangements. Just some helpful advice. Most of us watching are seeking a solution or have shifted through many videos hoping to garner your experience with the issue at hand. I would suggest that you treat this video as the first run and then significantly edit it to just get the highlights that you think will help. Or index some others can get to the "meat" of the video.

If it was the starter, you would get a clicking noise when trying to turn it over

It's a bad wiring harness. The problem is intermittent. A short to the ecu somewhere.

I’m having the same issue but I thought it was cause my 16 yr old son broke my push button to lock/unlock my doors so when starting my car I have to keep turning the ignition till it start to run now my truck don’t want to start at all still making the clicking noise those but now my battery has been draining completely dead now so the battery place it may be my alternator 🤦🏾‍♀️

Check positive cables nut.. its loose.. will stop the startup not allowing starter to engage. 13 mil.wrench biggest nut on starter solenoids. Clean it .. still no starter. Tap.on starter hsrd enough to reset armigur brushes
