@leedriver10 simply putting on the aero helmet could have saved him 10 minutes on his time giving him a pretty equal tim with macca and setting up for a great run. just saying plus theres many other factors.

@abcdrcill1 I am wondering what happened to Lieto this time. He's my favorite athlete, but I can't understand why he is messing it up in the run part. I think dehydration was his problem this year according to an online article - big mistake if that was the case.
