My clio 2011 clutch pedal clicking what could it be thanks

This is a hydraulic clutch so it is probably the pedal itself. Most likely the spring.

Does the dash have to come out to do it thanks

@@stuartwilcock8113 Some of the lower panels have to be removed and the steering column has to be lowered to get to the clutch pedal.
