Got these same headlights for my Jeep and I love them! So glad they made an HID version as my Overland came with HID headlights. Only thing left to do is figure out a key-on power source to wire the “C” lights to light up as DRL’s and they will be perfect! Awesome video!

These headlights absolutely suck. They look really good till the CONDENSATION issue starts. Read the Amazon reviews and you’ll see that ALOT of people are having this problem. Seller and manufacturer don’t care to fix issues and have the nerve to say it’s normal.

I'm not sure where you're from but I live in Illinois and my kept fogging up so I kept the back covers half way off so they can breath.

I'm in Minnesota. I had very little to no fogging in mine, if you haven't had them long, I would try and warranty them

Unfortunately I ended up getting in an accident with the truck totalling the front end. Then we later sold it. But the lights were working awesome, no issues!

They were 17x8 American Outlaw wheels off a Jeep Wrangler. So the offset was different. I actually sold the Jeep over the summer 😬

Could you tell me which adapter you bought to power the low beam bulb? I installed the same bulbs in my truck but I can't power the low beam because I need an adapter.

Amazon says the low beam is an H9. You installed an H11 low beam. Who is correct? Are they interchangeable????

I did H11. Amazon isn't always 100% accurate. Lightbulbs.com is a great resource!

My 2012 Overland has HIDs, they sell a separate unit that supports the HIDs.

Thank you for this video! I might end up installing some myself, this will be very important of a video for me, you explained everything very well! Also, squirrel moment at 7:08 a van passes by that doesn't look like it requires much assistance with removing the bumper, right as you describe removing yours. I also have a short clip about a quick, but unhealthy way to remove the same type of bumper XD.

So it's about 1 year later and how are the Spyder headlights holding up? Any condensation? How is the brightness? I am considering these for my 2012 Grand Cherokee.

Do not buy this lights. Mine lasted the summertime before the condensation started. All it took was one rainstorm and foggy morning and bam condensation. I regret not listening to the bad reviews. I even took them out and resealed them and nothing.

Great video! MN man myself 😊 I'm stuck between these and the other ones that have the complete turn signal loop not just top. Hate there is literally 4 options for our 2011 to 2013. Stock, 2 Amazon types, and really expensive Ebay ones.

So I have a 2012 JGC Overland Edition...it needs new headlights and i am interested in these. you said "they were $300" does that mean $300 for both or each?? because i keep on seeing like cheap ones but then i see only for the quantity of 1, so i get confused. anybody wanna help with this?? Your Overland might have projector HID headlamps and might not swap as easy as mine that was a Laredo. It was 300 for a pair. Thank you for watching!

Need help, i have a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and this is not plug and play. Can not get high and lows to work and wondering if I need to splice into wiring. If so, which wires. In other headlight videos the had you switch the neg/pos on the highs. My lows, the plug in is not compatible.

You should not have to splice into any wires. Sorry. First check connections. Hope ya figured it out!

Any updates on if they work well? All the reviews are pretty terrible. But options are limited for aftermarket, have to replace my 2011 grand cherokee overland headlights.
