2011-2015 Chevy Cruze LS 1.8 valve cover and coil rail replacement. P0354 P0304 Spark Plug ejected

In this video I go over the process of fixing a P0354 and P0304 on a 2012 Chevy Cruze with a 1.8. On this car a spark plug came loose and shot out and damaged the coil pack/rail. The valve cover was also leaking into the spark plug holes which may have contributed to the spark plug being ejected.

Will it reduce speed if cover isn't on or lose and when it says reduce speed stabile bar what does that mean
