I find it easiest to just take the tube off the air box and spray it right in, No MAF to worry about and your throttle body gets a good cleaning as well. Spray is also less likely to pool at the bottom of the intake because it aerosolizes.

Use the CRC spray GDI Intake Valve cleaner. Loosen the large clamp at the air filter box and insert spray tube. Do this once a month when car is new or after a proper valve carbon cleaning, and the valves will be cleaner. What he did after 90k miles did not clean the intake valves, the intake manifold would have to be removed leaving the valves exposed so that they could be cleaned by method of your choice (walnut blasting/ soaking & properly scraping/ect).

Never use power tools for sparkplug replacement. You can damage the threads.

Hyndai dealer mechanic said never use sea foam on the engine. Said CRC was ok but questions how good these solutions even work if not done regularly and already have large build up.
